Instant Food Service LLC is a food Company based in San Diego, CA. focus in develop instant food that facilitates cooking process, reduce kitchen staff time, improve quality, but above all, we could preserve their same natural enrichment to have optimum utilization of nutrients for our consumers around the world.

Where is Manufactured?

Our Factory is located in Mexico and we use the latest technology to process and package our IFS products, complying with all export regulations, we bring these fascinating instant products to the United States of America to help our clients reduce kitchen staff time and cooking costs.

A Sustainable business plan

All our products are made with Sustainable Energy. Transitioning to renewable energy in the past years was an important part of achieving our greenhouse gas reduction goals.

We all ready installed 100% of our electricity power by solar Photovoltaic Panels. And for thermal energy to generate hot water and steam, for all our cooking production lines, we installed high efficiency heaters with natural gas.

Best Cleaning line technology

We have the state of the art automatic cleaning technology for beans and cereals, this process includes cleaning, destoning, selecting, brushing, grading, color sorting and separation by decision making through artificial Intelligence (IA).

After cleaning by the whole processing line, our beans and rice are purity their will reach 100% without stones, essential for our instant products.

 

The processing line can remove the impurities as dust, light impurity, leaves, shells, big impurity, small impurity, stone, sand, bad seeds and different color beans so on. This technological process is the latest technology in the world.

According to the National Library of Medicine (NLM) deficiencies of micronutrients are a major public health problem, in which iron and zinc malnutrition affects more than half of the population worldwide.

Our products are cooked through a unique and patented continuous process, where we preserve the natural nutrients of the food, according to the NLM, in a study they published in July 2018, if you conserve the soaking water after cooking beans, their preserve most of the nutrients, especially iron, zinc and copper, which beans are naturally rich in. We do this in the same way with rice and chickpeas.

For example, approximately, a portion per meal of cooked beans (100 g) [15,17] contains 6.52–10.00 mg iron, 0.93–1.21 mg copper and 3.18–3.60 mg zinc, which equals the daily requirements for healthy adults for iron and copper and half of that of zinc (8 mg/day, 0.9 mg/day and 8–11 mg/day, respectively).
